Who is responsible

What we collect

We do not collect, store or sell personal data ourselves. Like every website, the hosting provider that serves this page receives your IP address and basic request details (page, time, browser type) in its server logs. These are used only to deliver the page and keep it secure, and are deleted by the provider after a short period.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and run no advertising or analytics tools, so there is no cookie banner. The interactive background runs entirely in your browser; the pointer movements that drive it are never sent anywhere.

Fonts and external resources

The fonts of this page are served from our own domain at build time, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.

When you leave this page

The button on this page opens NFW Web Studio. From that point its own privacy policy applies. The link to its contact page carries a single label, from=bysproject, so it knows the visit came from this site. We pass nothing else about you.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask what data a controller holds about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Since we hold none, there is usually nothing to return, but you can still write to us at the address above or through NFW Web Studio. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local data protection authority.
